so a little history lesson is in order. The final conflict that sparked World War 1 was the assassination of Sophie and her husband the archduke of Austria by a serbian nationalist. <3 Serbia...but that's a different story...however, many historians believe that Sophie got some kind of early form of HIV and died due to a papercut that became infected beyond what her belittled immune system could handle. Since she was the real mind behind Ferdidnand anyway, the austrians killed him off and used his death to motivate the country to war.
